Josselyn Botanical Society 124th Annual Meeting July 2024

Location Cobscook Institute, Trescott (Lubec), Maine

Dates: July 15 to July 19, 2024. Sign-in begins at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 15; leave after breakfast Friday.

Accommodations: The full package includes four nights of lodging (double or triple occupancy in Heartwood Lodge at the Institute), meals (Monday dinner through Friday breakfast), and fees for use of facilities. Attendees who are only coming for one or two days, or who prefer a single-occupancy room, need to register as a commuter and reserve a room directly with the Eastland Motel before June 1, 2024. Meal charges are adjusted for people who want them but aren’t staying for the full meeting at Heartwood Lodge.

Membership requirements are participation in one full-day field trip at the the summer meeting and attending the annual business meeting, which will happen on Wednesday night, after dinner, on July 17, 2024.
